1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Safe-Hub Portal website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Safe-Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Safe-Hub Portal provides a platform for youth to access information about our hubs, programmes, and services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.1 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to access content owned by Safe-Hub including information about hubs, programmes, and services. Content displayed on or through the Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Content for your personal use.

3.1 User Content

When you submit content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content on the Service. You represent and warrant that the content is yours and that you have the right to grant us the rights described above.

3.2 Content Restrictions

You may not distribute, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, or create derivative works based upon the Content or the Service in whole or in part without our explicit consent.

You agree not to use the Service:

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Safe-Hub, a Safe-Hub employee, another user, or any other person or entity
In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Safe-Hub or users of the Service

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
